Job DescriptionCome help drive innovation and growth in CVS Health, a company that touches one in three US consumers, and has a storefront within 10 miles of 80% of the US population, by helping our Commercial organization drive incremental membership and marginThe Director of Commercial Marketing Analytics is a perfect role for highly analytically minded and pragmatic individuals with skills in both consulting and data science. In this role you won't be just leading the implementation of analytical insights, you will also work directly with clients to understand their needs via consultative problem solving, shaping, and delivering strategic insights to stakeholders with verbal and written communication. If you're well-rounded, you'll thrive. Typical questions the Director of Commercial Marketing Analytics will address include who are our best prospective customers? How should we pursue them? Who are our best customers? What should we do to retain and grow them? Which geographies have the most opportunity? Key responsibilities:Lead a team of Analytic Consultants and Data Scientists, and support the Head of Commercial Marketing Analytics to drive evidence based B2B and B2C marketing strategies and insights to drive customer acquisition, retention, and maximize ROI, in partnership with marketing, sales, and other leaders across the Healthcare Business (HCB) and the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) businesses. For example: Support the development and implementation of a three-year Commercial Growth Marketing strategy working closely with the Head of Commercial Marketing Analytics and cross-functional marketing partners across HCB and PBM Use segmentation, LTV, Marketing Mix, Survival, and propensity models to influence our marketing investments Leading A/B testing and experimental design with Impact measurement / tracking Lead the development of dashboards & self-service visualization tools to enable data-driven decision making Lead analytical innovation around the things we have not figured out how to solve for yet Additional responsibilities of the Director of Commercial Marketing Analytics include: Lead and mentor a team of Analytic Consultants and Data Scientists with a coach-player empathetic leadership approach Management of analytics implementation and stakeholder relationships Curiosity: desire to understand and probe into technical details to lead analytical innovation Delivery of high quality, timely work Partnership: working effectively in a matrixed and highly collaborative environment Contributes to team success through training, diverse assignments, coaching / mentoring Provide cross-functional analytical mentorship across the Commercial Growth Analytics teamsRequired Qualifications 10 + years of analytically driven B2B and/or B2C marketing and/or growth strategy 10 + years of experience implementing and leveraging marketing science analytic techniques, including multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix models (MMM), and/or customer segmentation 1+ years of experience leading automated dashboarding (Shiny, D3), BOT automation (chats, teams, apps) 10 + years of experience leading and developing high performance teamsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
