Job DescriptionThis is an instrumental role in driving the day-to-day delivery and product development for enterprise communications to CVS Health consumers and program members. The Digital Communications Platforms Product Owner is a member of the Agile Product Team responsible for defining user stories and prioritizing the team backlog, streamlining the execution of team priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features/components for the team.Your responsibility includes executing the SAFe methodology from a PO role perspective as part of this team as well as planning and managing a backlog of features and stories for a focused set of capabilities. You will be expected to collaborate very closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, other Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Engineering teams in a fully scaled agile environment. You will work closely with leaders to ensure that all committed features are delivered by planning effectively with the team, managing the daily ceremonies, clearing blockers, and generally enabling the team to be successful. In addition, regular collaboration with subject matter experts, tech leads, architecture, and other collaborative groups will be necessary for a successful delivery.Primary skills include strong communication, project management, technical knowledge of outbound communications platforms, and demonstrated ability to work with all stakeholders to refine features and stories representing MarTech capabilities. SAFe or Agile experience required.Required Qualifications 3+ years required experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, or IT 2+ years experience enabling and deploying marketing communications platforms for large scale cross channel communications (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) 2+ years experience enabling technical solutions for marketing related functions including channel acquisition, preferences and consent, customer retention, cross channel personalization 1+ years' experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications Clear understanding of marketing terminology and end to end workflow to delivery personalized marketing communications Experience with other large scale channel delivery platforms like Oracle Responsys, eGain & CSG/ATT Familiarity with campaign management or orchestration platforms Experience with the key component on RT data transfer and API functionality Familiarity with Agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solutions-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues Ability to effectively work on teams within a highly collaborative environment. Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors) Ability to maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization.
