Job Description Oversee the Company's implementation of new SEC regulations related to climate disclosures including the design and execution of controls over obtaining, validating and reporting climate data that is shared externally Partner with the Company's Corporate Social Responsibility group, climate data owners and Internal Audit to monitor key Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) related risks Design, implement and execute key controls related to completeness and accuracy, assurance metrics and other ESG related disclosures Draft financial statement disclosures related to ESG matters in the Company's quarterly and annual documents filed with the SEC Oversee the Company's external assurance procedures over the Company's Green House Gas (GHG) Emission metrics and other ESG related matters Work with vendors, where applicable, to support 3rd party data requirements related to GHG emissions Review and support the Company's annual ESG and other sustainability related reports Develop expertise in ESG related topics to become enterprise subject matter expert, providing support to internal stakeholders as needed Ensure that ESG-related commitments and related investments are supported by detailed analysis and action plans which are integrated into the company's financial planning and analysis process Work with various cross-functional stakeholders including our ESG team to provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions on ESG mattersRequired Qualifications Ten to Fifteen years of industry experience,with knowledge of ESG related topics and SEC reporting requirements Knowledge of ESG related topics and SEC reporting requirements Detail oriented self-starter with excellent organizational skills Understanding of basic project management and time management tools Executive presence to work with key partners from all parts of the business Proven leadership skills to develop and lead the team Able to effectively employ both written and interpersonal skills in accomplishing the required tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
