Job DescriptionFortune 4 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Director, IT Program Management Interoperability to join our dynamic team In this role you will manage the day-to-day IT activities of a complex, large compliance project called Interoperability. You will work with numerous IT and business teams and will be responsible for ensuring on time delivery, within budget, and successful completion of all compliance mandates. Responsible for the success of the project(s).The successful candidate will have the following skills and abilities:- Manage and collaborate regularly with agile based development teams- Manage Program Increment planning activities across multiple IT and business teams- Strong communication skills will be required. Must be able to communicate with multiple IT and business team leads and also will need to communicate issues and status frequently to program leadership.- Strong issue resolution skills will be required.Required Qualifications- 2+ years of experience with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standard is required- 10+ years of professional IT experience- 2+ years of Program or Project Management experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
