Job DescriptionThe Pharmacy Solution Portfolio Operations group is responsible for ensuring that the processes and systems supporting the Pharmacy Solution portfolio are well designed and effective at enabling success of our teams/trains through accurate, timely and well informed financials. The Sr. Manager, Digital Pharmacy Portfolio Budget & Capacity Management may lead a team of one to three people responsible for the review and assembly of complex data in simplistic form to translate insights that support effective work prioritization, capacity planning, capital and opex budget management. To further support informed decisions for internal and external stakeholders/Sr. Executives, establishing and administering the construct and cadence for financial planning, reporting, tracking and monitoring will be important to support a large portfolio of initiatives that drive cost savings, innovation and critical outcomes, while improving the quality of our services, and the lives of the customers and colleagues we serve.The primary objective of this role will be to partner cross-functionally with senior leaders in Digital Operations, Product, Engineering, ATO, IT PMO and cross company stakeholders to define, build, drive a portfolio roadmap focused on identifying and assessing opportunities that advance CVS Health's purpose of helping people on their path to better health. This leader will have direct responsibility for setting standards of operation and governance relative to managing Digital investment, capital, and expense dollars across the Pharmacy Solution business unit, and will be responsible for building reporting/dashboards, providing analyses, scenario and forecast modeling, to support decision making on spend, capacity, initiative health for initiatives across the portfolio. This position provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with leadership and various teams throughout the organization while gaining exposure to the numerous strategies that are being pursued to grow and improve business throughout the enterprise. Build and support a systematic framework for evaluating and prioritizing future projects and initiatives across the Pharmacy Product Operations portfolio leveraging both internal data and external Management and ongoing monitoring of the financials of the pharmacy solution portfolio - including budgeting, analysis, resources and expense management, reporting of realized or projected value at the project/program level, and weighing against overall department KPIs & goals Support internal programs by serving as a liaison between members of cross-functional business teams, IT, PMO, ATO, Finance, Procurement, and senior leadership throughout the annual planning and project and product development cycles Modeling - Build, maintain, and continually recalibrate models that will help identify projects, resources and forecasting based on strategic vision, goals, and priorities to drive significant focus and insight on levers that support achievement of the most important work Define tracking and reporting requirements along various dimensions, and install hooks in Rally, Clarity and other environments & creates reporting and dashboards, leveraging existing capabilities in Rally, Clarity, etc., as well as building custom/new Reporting - Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, annual capital expense reporting and executive dashboards across the Pharmacy Solution portfolio including explanation and in-depth understanding of initiative health and actual spend vs. forecast Craft materials for management and executive committees; holds regular financial reviews to provide necessary insight/feedback on health of initiatives Partner with key areas for Capacity management to assert a model of budget ownership tied to org design and capacity decisionsRequired Qualifications 5+ years of experience within financial strategy, analytics,or other similar capacity. 5+ years' experience at expert level experience and practice using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (complex pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.) and PowerPoint proficiency. 5+ years' experience working in a financial/budget portfolio capacity in a large-scale complex organization.This is a remote opportunity with the ability to travel up to 10%.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
