Job DescriptionThis role will sit onsite at the Lumberton, NJ Distribution Center.This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support. Duties are complex in nature and involve access to confidential information and include, but are not limited to: composing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents and reports; maintaining staffing needs; upkeep of associate files; constant communication with the Hiring Center; managing hire and term electronic access; maintain internal records on a constant basis; ability to prioritize tasks; flexibility and willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.Must have the ability to interact with management team, employee, and clientsProven ability to independently plan, manage, and work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous prioritiesAbility to meet deadlines; ability to be flexible and adjust to business needsStrong organizational skillsWillingness to cross-train and perform additional functions as needed Required Qualifications-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Explorer-1+ years experience with clerical, administrative or HR experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
