Job DescriptionThe Sales Enablement Manager serves as a specialist in the planning, execution and measurement of all learning initiatives; and the design and execution of a diverse group of projects to drive customer success within the PBM Sales and Account Services (SAS) organization.Sales Enablement is a team within Sales Operations that works closely with the PBM sales and clinical field, Account Management (AM) and all PBM departments to identify business opportunities, skill gaps, process improvements and partnerships that will optimize our success with customers and improve organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses extensive learning and development skills, project management skills and CVS Health Sales and Account Services experience. They will use their knowledge and network to create value within the organization and deliver team and individual “blue chips†that include: 1. Re-design the learning structure for the AM and Sales new hire onboarding2. Learning content development and delivery within core learning vehicles that include AM and Sales new hire onboarding classes; product education; on-going education; in-person and virtual support of learning pull-thru initiatives at all levels 3. Create and maintain a governance process for new learning plan4. Create on-demand learning content using a variety of tools including Articulate software and Riverside Recording Studio5. Facilitate learning calls with large and broad audiences6. Project manage strategic initiatives, partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other members of the Sales Enablement teamThe successful candidate will be adept at “organizational surveillance†and will willingly partner with all levels of leadership, subject matter experts and peers to deliver value across the enterprise. Comfort with change and projects that begin with “an unmet need and nothing else†is a must. Candidate must be able to successfully lead projects with multiple deliverables and tight deadlines and apply strategic and critical thinking skills to resolve issues. Capable of working in an environment of rapid organizational and technological change. Able to influence without direct authority.Required Qualifications 3+ years of PBM or related health care experience.
