Job DescriptionThe Talent & Culture team drives a full spectrum of organizational development, talent management and learning & development programs within a fast-paced, highly innovated analytics organization. We have the resources of a large organization and the agility of a start-up, allowing us to push the envelope regarding all things related to our people experience. Projects we are currently working on include: Career Framework Refresh: we are working with external resources to refresh our current career framework and competency model. You will assist in the roll out for this project, working to ensure all stakeholders are empowered to leverage the new resources. People Analytics Deployment: we are bringing in a new talent analytics platform to enhance our ability to capture key insights from employees in real-time. You will partner to create an impactful launch strategy leveraging change management best practices. In this role, you will work and collaborate with incredibly smart people and learn more about the booming data science industry. You will become a key part of CVS Health's journey in changing healthcare and become a key contributor to the success of the Analytics & Behavior Change organization. This role will report to the Senior Manager, People Analytics and Employee Experience.While daily tasks may vary, this role is a pivotal partner in the discovery and diagnosis phase of organizational development and culture change. You will execute and support the strategy for people analytics and employee experience to align with the Talent & Culture team mission to develop top tier talent and create a best-in-class culture.Examples of Talent & Culture resources and initiatives you would be assisting in identifying and designing include: career development resources, talent management processes, coaching programs, high potential programs, employee surveys, learning and talent analytics dashboards, and creating insights and reporting for internal and external partners. Tasks include: Manage talent management system and reporting Collect, compile and update data sources Create vehicles for feedback including surveys, focus groups, structured interviews, etc. Conduct exit interviews Maintain an interview and survey question repository Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, develop insights Create reports and presentations for internal and external business partners Partner with L&D to design and develop initiatives for culture and learning issues Partner with Talent Advisor & OD to collect feedback and update insights Support project management of talent and culture programs Conduct ongoing research of the industry to collect information on trends and make recommendations Seek out and recommend process improvements; implements new procedures as appropriate Potential for facilitationThis role is a great opportunity to develop stakeholder management skills, explore strategic problem-solving approaches, and hone analytics skills. You will also learn about organizational development and talent management best practices as we build new tools for the organization.The role will involve coming into the Soho NYC office 1x/month.Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in I/O Psychology or HR related field 1+ years of experience working with data collection, analytics, and reporting Excellent interpersonal skills, written skills, and integrity Effectively handles confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and research skills Collaboratively working on a team in a deadline-drive environment with multiple priorities Proficient in MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) Effectively able to work with others of diverse backgrounds in a collaborative, positive and productive manner Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills Demonstrates responsibility, regular attendance, and punctualityCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
