Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking our next Senior Manager of Community Activation for our Keystone, PA market. In this position, you will serve as the market's strategic community expert to support business growth and retention. The MHCA leads efforts to strengthen Aetna and CVS Health brands in communities through the development and execution of a hyperlocal community strategy plan that fosters collaboration amongst business segments and leverages CVS Health programs, initiatives and assets.Responsibilities will include:- Oversee the community strategy development and deployment of tactics that are repeatable, scalable, measurable, engaging and differentiate the Aetna brand to drive growth and retention in local markets influenced by local demographics, SDoH factors and multicultural insights.- Develop and initiate community relationships, community engagement opportunities, social media strategies while fostering colleague volunteerism.- Establish and maintain not-for-profit and for-profit national, regional, and local community partnerships that fuel local market growth- Effectively manage HealthCare Benefits relationships with local market and segment leaders- Cultivate and maintain key business relationships with leadership across the Enterprise to collaborate on community related opportunities that help advance local market and business unit goals. (CVS Health Corporate Social Responsibility & Philanthropy, Government Affairs, Impact Investment and Workforce Initiatives teams)- Provide community content in support of RFPs/Finalist Presentation requests from business segments. - Manage allocated budget effectively to achieve above objectives. This may include cost sharing with business segments to maximize impact. - Influence local social media efforts with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn; provide hyperlocal intel regarding community media outlets to enable deeper brand awareness and engagement within communities.- Display the Aetna brand in a professional, consistent, and inspiring way that connects the brand with the community members and consumers, leading to brand loyalty, acquisition, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.Required Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years in developing, managing and executing community programs and relationshipsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
