Job DescriptionThe Talent & Culture team drives a full spectrum or organizational development, talent management and learning and development programs within a fast-paced, highly innovated analytics organization. We have the resources of a large organization and the agility of a start-up, allowing us to push the envelope regarding all things related to our people experience.This role will execute and support the strategy for business partner engagement, to align overarching Talent & Culture priorities and deliverables to the unique needs of each senior leader / vertical within Analytics and Behavior Change. You will be executing on a large variety of organizational development projects, drive their change management and partner effectively with employees across levels to ensure we drive business impact for the organization.Some cool projects you'll work on: Career Framework Refresh: we are working with some external resources to refresh our current career framework and competency map. You will assist in the roll out for this project, working to ensure all stakeholders are empowered to leverage the new resources. Talent Analytics Deployment: we are bringing in a new talent analytics platform to enhance our ability to capture key insights from employees in real-time. You will help to create an impactful launch strategy leveraging change management best practices. Cross-Functional Learning: you will partner with the with the employee experience and learning teams to diagnose, develop and deliver processes that enhance the employee experience and that provide targeted learning and development to our employees This position is part of the Talent & Culture team and will be assisting in business partner engagement across a variety of strategic talent initiatives and creating change management and facilitation plans. This role is a great opportunity to develop solid stakeholder management skills, explore strategic problem-solving and consulting approaches, and hone your change management and facilitation skills. You will also learn about organizational development and talent management best practices as we build new tools for the organization.Examples of Talent & Culture output that you would be assisting in implementing: career development resources, talent management processes, coaching, high potential programs, employee experience resources, talent analytics this role, you will work and collaborate with incredibly smart people and learn more about the booming data science industry. You will become a key part of CVS Health's journey in changing healthcare and become a key contributor to the success of the Analytics and Behavior Change organization. Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements include but are not limited to ( denotes essential functions):Change management: Create and implement change management strategies that impact and empower all levels of the employee population Develop engaging workshop and communication materials to support change management for large scale programs, such as the new career framework and the talent analytics platform Partner with internal communications to plan and run campaigns and events that support the change management initiatives Organizational development: Assist in the development of talent management and organizational development resources, tools and processes, such as high potential programs, succession planning or leadership development Partner with the learning and development team to facilitate workshops virtually and in-person, on various topics including team alignment and job crafting Collect feedback from employees on conducted organizational development interventions and workshops Stakeholder management: Partner with the Talent and Culture team colleagues to stay up to date on the status of new trainings, processes and tools that are in development Update the project plans and catalogue of talent tools and processes with timelines, branding, roll-out details and other information Assist in creating an organizational development strategy for each A&BC vertical based on their unique needs Serve as the main contact person of the Talent and Culture team for a select group of employees to scope out talent and culture needs, advise on processes and provide updates on the team's upcoming tools and processesThis role will require being onsite in our NYC Soho office 2x/week every other week (4 days/month).Required Qualifications 1+ years of organizational development, human capital consulting or similar work experience Workshop or training facilitation experience Bachelor's degreeCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
