Job DescriptionIn this role as a Leave of Absence Processor, you will be accountable for the delivery of outstanding customer service through a strong commitment to customer needs.The Leave of Absence Processor will also be responsible for using the CVS Health myLeave system as well other HR systems and predefined business processes to administer the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), State and Company policy leaves of absence in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations and company policy guidelines.To be successful within this role, you must have regular and timely attendance, demonstrated ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines, and able to plan and prioritize workloads both independently and in a team environment with minimal this role you will:∙ Process FMLA, State and Company leave administration in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations and company leave policies with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.∙ Monitor and complete daily tasks using established business processes to ensure timeliness and compliance based on federal and state regulations.∙ Update the myLeave absence management system and other supporting HR systems with the employee's applicable leave of absence information.∙ When assigned daily tasks are complete, support other LOA team members in accomplishing shared goals and/or tasks.∙ Review reduced schedule Return from Leave employee change forms.∙ Communicate with employees, HR team members as well as managers and other key stakeholders either verbally and/or in writing.∙ Research questions related to leave administration.∙ Work collaboratively with other Case Managers to ensure that compliance, department, and company goals are met.Required Qualifications 1+ years of HR and/or FMLA experience 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a professional work settingCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
