Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for providing day-to-day Enterprise Finance leadership of CVS Health's new Fund our Future program, a holistic, business-led, "consumer-first" approach that reimagines the way we work to deliver a better overall consumer and colleague experience while ensuring that the company delivers on its business strategy and overall external financial commitments. The individual must possess strong financial planning, analysis and expense management skills with demonstrated success in those areas in order to work closely with Enterprise Finance executives (including the SVP of Enterprise Planning & Performance Management, SVP of Finance Global Services and CFO), as well as various business segment leaders and third-party consultants, to implement and drive a consistent and disciplined approach for defining and measuring value-driven capabilities, key performance indicators and initiatives to ensure horizontal and vertical alignment across CVS Health for how the company organizes work and executes on its strategy. This high-profile work requires sound judgement, critical thinking, and expert project management skills, working with output that is often highly confidential and/or competitively proprietary. The candidate must possess a high-degree of professionalism and demonstrate skill and comfort level in establishing/cultivating partnerships across the enterprise to enhance a culture of collaboration, facilitate cross-business conversations to support alignment on work, and deliver sophisticated business analysis and insights to identify key opportunities and risk in order to enhance strategic business decision-making. Although this position does not have direct reports, the individual is responsible for leading project teams and cross-functional resources within the EPPM department and across the enterprise to complete deliverables and tasks with minimal daily direction from Vice President.Required QualificationsKnowledge Of: Microsoft Office; Microsoft Teams environment; Sharepoint; Hyperion/S4 planning technology (or similar programs); knowledge of dashboard applications such as Tableau; QuickBase, Power BI (or other similar technologies) preferred by not requiredSkill In: Developing, managing and measuring complex, comprehensive project management strategies that produce on time, strategically aligned outcomes Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change to improve efficiency, effectiveness, quality and alignment of priorities and results Translating financial results and metrics into recommended actions to support business leader strategic and operational decision-making and actionAbility To: Work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment and build partnerships with key constituents to gain input, feedback, understanding and/or buy-in on key processes, expectations and/or deliverables, while influencing business decisions through actionable business insights. Manage processes, recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, problem solve and execute on priorities with minimal day-to-day direction. Influence senior leader decision makers on strategic and operational business decisions through the development of sophisticated data-driven insights that are clear and aligned with business priorities. Develop high-performing teams that are clear on priorities and accountabilities, aligned on deliverables and key milestones/timelines and produce high-quality results.
