Job DescriptionCVS Health Digital is looking for hands-on, passionate people who want to join a high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers' lives and who want to be on the forefront of digital innovation that aims to reinvent what a pharmacy and a health care company can be in the digital world.We are seeking a Principal Salesforce Engineer who will be responsible for creating and delivering, in a timely and accurate fashion, CRMs and workflow solutions using Salesforce, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce and J2EE technologies. This Principal Salesforce Engineer will additionally be responsible for the application design, development and support of Salesforce related projects. This Engineer must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment. The Principal Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for the detailed design of Salesforce related projects from inception through production support. This will be completed through the use of UML diagrams, design documentation and best-practice methodologies. The Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business unit, ensuring that proper testing is implemented and performance requirements are closely monitored by working with the development teams.Required Qualifications 10+ years Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background. 8+ years Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience. integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools. At least 3+ years showing a proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, , Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions. At least 2+ years with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers and implementing new instances of from scratch. 2+ years of practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Framework, VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment and s-controls.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications Experience with setting up Call Center application on Salesforce Service Cloud using multi-channel capabilities, live chat, SMS, Email, etc. Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution. Additional experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow. Deep understanding of SFDC concepts and best practices. Experience with both agile and waterfall implementation methodologies. Experience with Release Management process automation to Familiarity with CheckMarx, PMD, AutoRABIT (or similar CI/CD tool) Should be familiar with Salesforce Service Cloud features and capabilities Should be familiar with integration Salesforce with CTI/IVR systems. Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development Familiarity with Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA) and Web Service Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills PD1 and PD2 certification Nice to have any domain architect certificates, Salesforce Architect certifications.
