Job DescriptionThe Senior Analyst, Product Implementation role provides analysis and support for Medical and Pharmacy Product initiatives and involves interaction within Product Management, Underwriting, Actuarial and other areas for purposes of defining and supporting Product, Benefits, and configuration of rules for Commercial large group quoting tools. The creation of rule support and testing supports functions performed by Brokers, Sales Support, Financial Underwriters, and others who are involved in the quoting, selling, installation and renewing of Group Health and Pharmacy Products. Responsibilities will include the following: Provide analysis, perform data configuration, and provide business support for Benefit options to support quoting our Commercial large group portfolio. Ensure Benefit options comply with Federal, State, and standard business requirements. Focus on achieving delivery of multiple assignments with high efficiency. Work in a Team environment and be adaptable to business priorities.Required Qualifications 2 or more years' of related professional experience. Possess a strong knowledge of Medical and/or Pharmacy Products and Benefit data, ideally both HMO and Non-HMO Based and how such Products/Benefits are quoted, sold, and renewed. Understanding of large group products and compliance requirements. Must be detail oriented.
