Job DescriptionAs the Marketing Senior Manager for PBM Member Engagement, you will be responsible for designing the member engagement communication strategies tied to the CVS Caremark Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) member experience, inclusive of network communication strategy as well as product benefit experiences. This role requires a consumer-obsessed mindset as well as a deep understanding of member journey mapping and the ability to build a plan that addresses the most effective member engagement including digital, phone and traditional channels to ensure success. This role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have a deep knowledge of B2C communication campaign development and execution and the ability to engage cross functionally. You will build and execute upon a well-defined plan that leverages data, consumer insights, research, industry-knowledge and best-practices to form the most effective approaches to engaging target audiences, including:- Digital channels via text, email, website, and app - Channel optimization- Create a meaningful member experience through a deep understanding of the member journey of careYou will report to the Director of Marketing, Member Engagement.Responsibilities include: Leverage data, customer insights, research, industry knowledge and direct to consumer best practices to form the most effective approaches to engage members including: (1) articulating key objectives/outcomes; (2) determining appropriate customer segmentation and targeting; (3) developing key communication strategies/messaging across segments (including channel selection); (4) developing a test & learn plans to foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement. (5) demonstrating the ability to take data and turn it into insights and a create a meaningful strategy Mapping member experience and identify opportunities to improve engagement and to fix user experience across various channels Manage and execute various aspects of the marketing plan, from in-market timeline management, campaign optimization, serve as channel communication subject matter experts, and rigorous campaign measurement to meet/exceed engagement goals for the business Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategies to support focused effort on patient engagement including digital, product, creative, analytics, and operations.Required Qualifications 6+ years B2C marketing expertise that includes segmentation, customer-centric approach, business analysis, brand/business building, marketing mix development and content marketing. Experience developing short- and long-term marketing strategies, since there is a need to balance and deliver on short-term, annual objectives and long-term awareness/equity building. Excellent communication skills to evolve B2C PBM messaging while soliciting input of dozens of leaders and SMEs, with diverse points of view; listening and facilitation skills will be needed to deliver all the marketing components and craft and refine the stories. Strong strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to develop and put into action sound business plans that achieve objectives Excellent relationship-building skills, with proven ability to influence and impact and build consensus across all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills: ability to schedule people, tasks or projects and to develop realistic action plans given time and resource constraints.
