Job DescriptionAs an SAP FICO Techno Functional Advisor, you will be assisting to drive CVS Health's finance transformation initiatives.This position is responsible for providing support forFinance applications like GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset and building applications that willmeet client and business requirements.Resource should have strong knowledge of FICOFunctional areas, experience defining systems strategy,designing and prototyping, testing, training, providingfunctional details to team and working with the business toimplement the change.You will need to understand emerging technologies and be proactive to learn and recommend solution. Experiencewith S/4 HANA will be beneficial.This position requires excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, and the ability to interact andcollaborate with business and IT teams includingapplication development, testing, operations, security andcompliance and project management office.Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience with InformationTechnology 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO SkillsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications- At least 5 years of experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation anddeployment- At least 5 years of experience in Project life cycleactivities on development and maintenance projects.- At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecturereview.- At least 3 years of experience in Business ProcessConsulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes- At least 3 years of experience in leading a medium tolarge team preferably for Application Management &Support- Experience in S/4HANA Finance implementation &Support Hands on experience implementing User Exists, BADIs, BAPIs, Enhancements, AMDP- Ability to map business requirements to standard SAPprocesses with minimal customization-Experience in SLT, ODATA based web services, SAPProjects-Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsdemonstrated by the ability to interact and collaborate withbusiness and IT teams including application development,testing, operations, security and compliance, and projectmanagement office.EducationVerifiable Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in ComputerScience or equivalent strongly preferred.
