Job DescriptionCVS Health's IT Specialty team are highly motivated technologists who love to build cuttingĀ edge technology systems that serves millions of pharmacy customers each day. The Application Development Senior Analyst will be responsible for tracking delivery of projects within Specialty IT tower along with tracking KPIs, multiple week trackers, Compliance for Release artifacts for upcoming audits etc. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent inter-personal & communications skills and exceptional follow this role, you will provide day-to-day oversight and ensure alignment between Release management and the functional IT teams. You will coordinate key delivery activities and act as the first escalation point and coordinate with the development teams to set clear expectations of milestones and goals.- Work effectively with and lead technical personnel (Development Team, Systems Analysts, Testers), .- Risk identification, response planning and escalation to leadership- Ability to format and generate summary, statistical, and presentation reports.- Provide reporting and metrics- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications-Minimum of 3+ years of experience -Need to be flexible as evening and weekend hours will be required.- This is a WFH flexible position with expectation to come to a work location on a need basis-Willingness for Domestic Travel, as needed (Expected 0%-25%)-Working knowledge of SDLC methodologyCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
