As an Office Manager, you will work directly with the Vice President and their direct report closely to ensure connectivity in a fluid environment. Your key responsibilities will be: Collaborate with stakeholders while supporting business initiatives from development through successful execution Anticipate the needs of team; manage fluid calendars, Assist and communicate with the Commercialization Team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation Support development of deliverables regarding Kidney Care growth projections, product launch plans and business performance. Serve as key interface in handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them. Partner with Communications in various ways such as internal, external communications, social channels, etc. Work closely with Chief of Staff to ensure partnership and team autonomy Coordinate of quarterly off-site meetingsIn this role, you will have an instrumental and immediate impact on the business, as we continue our path to transform and disrupt the kidney care industry. With a business focus on shared service functions that support all of Kidney Care, this key role will help support business initiatives.
