Job DescriptionDo you want to make a large impact in your next role? Join CVS Health, a Fortune 4 organization, as a Product Manager, where you be responsible for product development and management processes that support the effective operation, marketing and ongoing maintenance of several trend management programs for our pharmacy benefit management (PBM) business. These programs focus on CVS Health client/plan design approaches, which aim to improve cost management of drug utilization. The Product Manager is an individual contributor where you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, sales and account services and other groups across the enterprise to ensure we have highly effective programs that meet both company and client needs. To be successful, you will utilize your strong analytical skills, your creativity, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects independently. The role also requires excellent relationship-building skills and a good understanding of how client plan design benefits are built and maintained. This position is fully remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry (graduate level education may substitute)- At least one year of directly/indirectly supporting PBM client(s)COVID RequirementsCVS Health requires its Colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 10 days of your employment. As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated.
