Job DescriptionResponsible for conducting complex quality management, data analytics, and reporting projects. Leads the successful delivery of analyses and analytic solutions to meet business needs, interacting directly with internal and external clients and colleagues. Supports Value Based Solutions reporting and analytics by developing insights and business intelligence to support decision making by internal and external constituents. Extracts, collects, analyzes, and interprets clinical and utilization data from many sources to address business questions regarding population health management, health outcomes, quality of care, program design, and other business needs with a focus on Value Based Care partners and quality metrics.Required Qualifications- Previous experience with healthcare outcomes and process measurement, reporting, and analytics. - Understanding of relational databases, data systems, and data warehouses. Microsoft Access experience required. - 3-5 years of analytic programming tools and methods (SAS, SQL) and experience working in a data warehouse environment as well as ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to guide decision making and drive business solutions. - Ability to communicate analytical and technical ideas and results to non-technical colleagues and stakeholders in written and verbal form.- Demonstrates extensive and diverse knowledge of healthcare data, metrics, systems, and standards.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
