Job DescriptionThe IT Retail Pharmacy Product Manager partners with business teams to decompose large initiatives into features that deliver business value incrementally and establishes priorities for the program backlog through collaboration with the designated Portfolio Manager and Business Product Managers. -Collaborates on the value proposition, strategic initiatives, roadmap, and target market -Works with the Business Product Manager to map out initiatives to create features (Minimum Viable Product) that are usable and provide value (ROI) -With the Business Product Manager, ensure delivery of value associated with the feature-Stays current with changing business priorities through ongoing interactions with Portfolio Manager and business-Continuously refines the program backlog to adapt to change-Monitors feature implementation with Business Product Manager and respective Product Owners-Collaborates with Product Owners and Agile teams to ensure the business goal is understood and achieved1.Program-level refinement of feature backlog, including business-driven priorities-Collaborate with Business Product Manager and Solution Architect to create features with defined value, benefit and acceptance criteria -Assist business as they set priorities for features based on business value and MVPs-Ensure solutions that Enterprise and Solution Architects propose meet the needs of the business features2.Determine impacted agile teams with Solution Architect3.Collaborate with interfacing application teams to facilitate requirements definition and resolve impediments4.Sanity check implementation estimates across Agile teams5.Assist Business Product Managers in reviewing features with Agile teams, collecting feedback, and resolving questions 6.Support Product Owners/Teams during user story creation / refinement7.With Business Product Manager, co-own a feature through market release and monitor its progress to ensure successful acceptance in production8.Actively participate in end of sprint demo's and approval of final productRequired Qualifications-5+ years of successful business analysis, system solution analysis or project management experience-5+ years of experience in the software development methodology lifecycle, including process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, use case analysis, system design, development, testing and implementation-5+ years of experience working in and/or leading dynamic cross-competency teams using a structured project methodologyCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
