Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager Distribution Channel Management position directly supports the Strategic Partnership's organization mission to strengthen relationships with our producer partners and support the achievement of Aetna's growth and retention objectives. As a Senior Manager Distribution Channel Management, you will manage all aspects of the relationship for an assigned set of producers and consultants. They will use data to inform and create actionable firm strategies to meet and/or exceed firm objectives and targets. In this role, you will have a chance to be part of a fast paced, collaborative team that provides support and analyses for 10,000 producers who bring in 15 million commercial members to Aetna, along with having the opportunity to be a part of the strategy development to drive results for the Enterprise. Additional responsibilities of the Senior Manager Distribution Channel Management include:- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and single point of contact for assigned firm partners, owning / managing all inquiries and aspects of the relationship. - Monitor, evaluate and measure firm performance - Develop and implement actionable holistic producer strategies at a national level across segments and support the market development of local strategies with targeted firms to drive growth and retention- Cultivate and strengthen relationships across organizations; both nationally and locally to build trusted partners- Ensure firms are versed on Aetna's Value Story, solutions, and services- Inform and elevate internal organizational partners intel on assigned firms- Promote information sharing, collaboration, and cross training among team members- Serve as a resource to maintain relevant records accessible and organized- Improve and influence the national and local producer experience; deliver on defined approach across all firms- Manage and execute on firm specific initiativesRequired Qualifications- 7 years or more of field experience- Minimum 7 years of experience working with producers and/or consultantsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
