Job DescriptionCVS Health continues to grow, and we currently have an opportunity for a Strategy and Digital Business Development, Manager. In this important role you will develop strategies and manage specific omnichannel activations that will achieve a best-in-class consumer experience across channels and will support the market readiness and adoption strategies for multiple omnichannel programs. As the Strategy and Digital Business Development manager you will be engaged across all phases of new product development and managements with particular emphasis on business case development, program creation, solution ideation, design, testing and driving continuous improvement. In this role, you're a key contributor to help facilitate general strategy and the execution of programs and legacy product/service offerings. You will provide insight to determine the future-state consumer experience, lead requirements development with a diverse team, obtain agreement on important decisions, deliver the capability market and determine and monitor success. You will need to collaborate with many functions including E-Commerce, Retail teams, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Management, Supply Chain, IT and Enterprise stakeholders. Primary roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading the development and assessment of business cases to build digital tools and experiences Helping define and maintain the program vision, strategy, roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance the customer experience Helping drive senior leadership presentations and articulate hypotheses and analysis and work in flight Analyzing and model opportunities, including a business case and/or a path to realizing business value Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to enable the home delivery aspect of new and existing health benefit programs Developing and coordinating holistic cross-functional roadmaps to ensure successful execution of product development and go-to-market strategyRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in a Digital environment, with analytical and quantitative skills 3+ years of work experience, with strong preferences for experience in program / project management and implementation within healthcare or retail3+ years of experience in product development, e-commerce/e-business, innovation, and/or health care required.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
