Job DescriptionYou will be a critical lead in developing PBM Marketing team's ability to drive data driven results and marketing performance. You will be a strong, influential leader with deep expertise in analytics to create productive insights. This role is a crucial part of the leadership team for marketing operations supporting the entire marketing organization. We are seeking an extraordinary professional with deep quantitative marketing data experience across B2B and B2C organization. You can easily demonstrate a strong track record of integrating data driven insights into broader strategic decisions, building a strong performance marketing applied analytics function and applying data to prioritize future growth opportunities. You will ensure marketing can track business outcomes, gain valuable campaign driven insights and apply those actionable results to quickly pivot campaigns to react to marketplace changes. You will also be able to independently identify and pursue data driven results, understand and translate marketing and business needs into measurable results. Build and create reporting best practices and not shy away from change. Must be able to work with different data, engineering, marketing, business, product and sales teams across the enterprise to influence and align data to create impact and outcomes. In this role you'll get exposure from all aspects of marketing, from strategic planning, early-stage audience targeting to customer behavior and business lead and revenue generation. You must be a player-coach, an analyst at heart, able to create scalable reporting, and data driven dashboards that provide critical actionable addition to this, this management role provides an opportunity to explore a wide breath across all of CVS Caremark's business, to develop direct reports and create a high performing team that becomes the marketing operation's data driven engine. Responsibilities Include: Strategic thinker as well as strong inter-personal and influencing skills to drive collaboration, innovation, and growth. Create solutions to customer-based needs and insights. Able to work effectively across large organizations and assume leadership role to drive results. Attune to changing market dynamics and customer needs, emerging marketing technology, and the impact to the business overall. Develop our ability to segment, target, acquire, re-target and optimize B2B and B2C consumer acquisition across a coordinated contact strategy through all channels and sources Act as the analytic hub for optimizing performance marketing channels, search, paid, web, social, email, SMS, transactional platforms and sales Own the development and execution of our reporting and data roadmap, including end-to-end project management Transform data into action by steering a cross-functional group of data scientist, engineers, business leaders, product managers and sales teams on data visualization, quantitative analysis, and data modeling initiatives. Develop KPIs to drive high-level oversight of marketing initiatives aligned to company objectives, and develop regular reporting from the data to enable performance management and facilitate accountability Business and marketing acumen with the ability to develop data-driven recommendations Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines Set team data strategy to enable the design and execution of scalable end-to-end reporting that holistically blend analytics and insightsRequired Qualifications Technically skilled to work with complex datasets using Advanced Excel/SQL/R/Python or other query tools to process and analyze data 5+ years of experience in a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Business Analyst 2+ years of experience leading teams of technical experts in areas of analytics, research and/or experimentation Strong problem solving and analytical attitude combined with excellent critical thinking skills Firm grasp of omnichannel marketing dynamics Able to influence critical business outcomes in a matrix based large enterprise environment Expert understanding of and demonstrable ability to deliver complex data systems Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve both people and process related issues Familiarity with data visualization, digital optimization, A/B and multivariate test implementation, analysis and business reviews Experience with Adobe Products (Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Adobe Target) Experience with Salesforce Products (CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau) Experience with optimizing SEO, SEM and Paid MediaCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
