CVS Health Enterprise Digital is a specialized agile software product delivery organization within the greater CVS Health enterprise which designs, builds and delivers consumer-grade digital experiences for CVS Health customers. We believe in the culture and values of a lean start-up within the broader enterprise, and put into practice every day the principles of agile methodology, servant leadership, continuous learning, and relentless improvement.The Manager, Digital Operations - Architecture is a skilled Program and Project Manager with operational and change management expertise, who is a highly motivated and self-driven collaborator, that will work with colleagues to understand, identify and implement improvement opportunities in the Digital Architecture practice. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy, flexible in times of changing priorities, and able to partner and engage with Architecture leadership and their teams in practice improvement efforts, change management planning, learning and development planning, and team communications. They will lead priorities related to practice operations management, will enable value delivery and will drive efficiencies and positive change while collaborating with operational peers and cross-functional colleagues within the Digital organization. Building and fostering cross-functional partnerships and influencing with a 'can-do' attitude at all levels to help drive decisions, ensure alignment, and deliver communications related to technology strategy and architecture practices across Digital will be critical to success.Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience with Software Architecture, Analysis, Engineering or Digital software delivery processes, technologies, and development life-cycles 3+ years of experience working in Agile methodologies 5+ years of experience with accountability for program, project and/or change management planning, communications and executionCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications 8+ years progressive experience leading strategic planning, program management, communication planning, and/or change management efforts within a software product delivery organization 5+ years progressive experience managing software development/delivery products, projects, teams and direct reports to effective outcomes 2+ years of experience designing or delivering presentations, trainings, webinars, seminars or learning experiences Outstanding collaboration and "cat-herding" skills' Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellent organizational, planning, and facilitation skills with strong attention to detail.
