This team focuses to reimagine key parts of and other digital properties to reflect our enterprise-wide health and wellness offerings. Our team is looking for a Digital Campaign Senior Manager to plan, coordinate, implement, and oversee various cross-enterprise experiences for customers to maximize enterprise lifetime value. This role will require a diverse set of skills to collaborate across lines of business in a complex organization, navigate legal and organizational restrictions, and collaborating in a data-driven environment. You will work closely with content, digital, legal, line of business marketing, and marketing technology teams to execute omni-channel experiences that delight consumers. This role combines an in-depth knowledge of strategic objectives, digital strategies, and data-driven campaign management with a rich background in the digital marketing industry to deliver effective campaigns directly tied to CVS' P&L.The Digital Campaign Senior Manager will handle the day-to-day operations of managing campaigns such as research, scope development, creative briefing, E2E execution, and work with our analytics partners to read and optimize performance. This candidate must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and must be comfortable making decisions and advising senior leadership on cross-enterprise strategies. This role will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Customer Value. Key Responsibilities Responsible for strategy and development of B2C cross-line of business campaigns to maximize value of CVS Health digital properties and deliver against business objective Leads execution of full campaign deliverables, including, but not limited to, brief development collaboration, journey mapping and testing strategies, digital execution leveraging tools such as Adobe Target & Braze, and optimization Bring new and innovative ideas to drive customer value by way of new channels, experiences, partnerships, or other activations Proactively work with customer insights and enterprise analytics to translate insights into key performance strategies & to deliver on P&L goals Continuously review campaign performance with analytics partners assess results and optimize in real timeRequired Qualifications 5+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding 3+ years of cross-functional leadership experience 2+ years of retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience 2+ years of digital marketing experience including examples of testing and validating latest opportunitiesCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
