Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing activities for Executive Director, 3 Lead Directors, Sr. Proj. Mgt Manager, Sr. Managers, and Supervisors in Medicare Group Service Operations. Responsibilities are as follows: Management of calendar and scheduling, tracking key deliverables, leading the coordination of travel, expenses, and budget, project coordination, and document review. RBAC and Cisco management for all group customer service Assist with the hiring, scheduling, ordering equipment, RBAC set-up, and collaborating with Learning and Performance on access needs of traineesHandle ordering of supplies for all areas Handle accounts payable Request Verint access Manage supplies Manage reports and updating of reportingRequired QualificationsStrong organizational skillsStrong communicaton and written skillsExcel and QuickBase knowledge Flexible and adaptable to changeCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
