Job DescriptionOverview: Digital Experience Designers possess a broad range of skills, experiences, and interests across the double diamond, ranging from early discovery of user needs to final production of high-fidelity designs.Experience Design covers a spectrum of specialties including: Information Architecture Interaction Design Product Design UI Design UX DesignKey Focus areas: Each experience designer focuses on a subset of the following items based on their skills, interests, and needs of their teams: Leading discovery of user needs and translating those into intuitive, easy to use, end-to-end digital experiences. Partnering with product and development to align the broader CVS customer experience (in-store, messaging, etc.) to user and business goals Adhering to and implementing brand and design systems standards, leveraging and maturing our component library Delivering UI and collaborating with development through the build of digital experiences through to production Playing a central role within the design process to ensure we're meeting requirements for a11y, content and enterprise design system guidelines.Deliverables:Experience Designers collaborate with other designers, product, and dev partners to produce the appropriate deliverables for the teams they're supporting at a specific moment in time.Deliverables include: Product Visions/North stars Journey maps/Service Blueprints UX flows Wireframes User research summaries User stories User Interface prototypes High-fidelity (UI) screens with documentation for engineering handoffs Contributes to the UI Kit component library and design system initiativesRequired Qualifications 5+ years as a UI, interaction, product or digital designer with a focus on user centered designCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
