Job DescriptionThe Construction Change Manager role develops a structured, consistent, and measurable change environment for the Department. You will also communicate risk policies and ensure processes adhere to the guidelines put in place. You will work with all business partners to prepare action plans to decrease risk factors and analyze the changes and the overall impact on the programs and to determine how to reduce cost and schedule impacts. Additionally, you will develop, review, and update processes for an efficient workforce.You will also: Refine your skills in process development, risk management, and change control management Manage and grow relationships with multiple internal business units and third-party vendors. Work on project requirements across multiple business units, including Procurement, Store Layout, Financial and Scheduling partners, Architecture & Engineering, Legal, Merchandising & Construction field teams Follow best design and construction practicesRequired Qualifications 5 years of experience of Program/Project Management processes and tools 3 years of experience with design and construction best practices and processesCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
