Job DescriptionCandidate must live in IN, KY, OH, WI, MI, IL As a Training Delivery Manager (TDM), you are part of a powerhouse performance development eco-system. You, along with your peers, are accountable for the growth, development and ultimately performance of our retail workforce. To meet these mission critical expectations, you will lead a Training Delivery Team to deliver best in class learning and development programming, that drive business results, colleague engagement and most importantly exceptional outcomes for our customers. As a Field Training Manager, you will: Program Execution & Delivery - 10%o Lead a national flagship learning program ensuring execution and impact for our colleagues across the chaino Lead development activities and interventions on both a division level and national levelo Based on division and/or national trends, coordinate development activities with colleagues, managers, key stakeholders in the performance development eco-systemo Ensure program execution occurs with a high level of integrity, quality and impacto Track, measure, report and communicate on colleague progress to key stakeholders including Senior Leadership within division and at national level Coaching & Development Strategies - 5%o Ensure optimization of Mobile Training Coach staffing to support colleague development within the divisiono Develop and create interactive development solutions that support performance and business outcomes Stakeholder Management - 20%o Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders: Field Management, Training Store Managers, Pharmacy Managers, Store Managers, SMIT Coaches, PMEL Coaches, OJT Coaches, peers and Lead Field Colleague Trainers.o Maintain a high level of collaboration with the Design Team around flagship national learning program creation, implementation and follow-upo Develop and maintain key cross-functional relationships with key decision makers within the division and on a national scaleo Message and market our programs, impacts and approaches with team members and stakeholders across the business Evaluation & Assessments - 10%o Mine and leverage data to continually evaluate the learner experiences and progress o Evaluate and measure training effectiveness and colleague performance o Regularly share strategic updates with Senior Leadership to influence and inform key decisions related to colleague performance and environmento Leverage data to make key decisions that impact and improve colleague development and demonstration of skill acquisition. Makes strategic changes to maintain pace with retail business growth. Leads, Develops & Manages Team Performance- 55%o Manages the overall performance through the following: Clearly defines goals and cascades to the team based on chain expectations for performance Leverages data to identify key team performance opportunities and conducts root cause analysis and recovery  Partners with Advice & Counsel to deliver accountability for those colleagues who are not meeting the goal or flagship learning program expectation Provides regularly coaching and feedback to connect with colleagues develop action plans for improvemento Direct leadership of 8-10 people managerso Indirect leadership of 80+ trainerso Lead and establish regular talent routines that develops top talent in preparation for future leadership roleso Manages resource planning and execution in alignment with national programming needso Ensures proper staffing plans to replace vacancies in role to ensure proper support of learners within territory of responsibilityo Owns achieving results through team by creating an environment of engagement and openness to feedback Business Initiative Support - % Varieso Execute on national development programming for initiatives that are timely and business criticalIn order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following: Proven track record of influencing instructional design concepts with a solid knowledge of adult learning concepts. Readily can demonstrate and apply a growth mindset around solutioning to create positive, sustainable changes. Communication skills are critical in this role. This role must be able to effectively and impactfully communicate with all levels of the organization articulating clearly how learning strategies can impact overall business outcomes, colleague experience, turnover and readiness. Must be able to create succinct communication plans that connects the key flagship program changes to key stakeholders timely to ensure proper execution of our programs. Must be highly proficient in MS Office Suite of programs to create content that is visually and verbally engaging to communicate pertinent and timely information to Senior Leadership. Advanced capabilities in Excel is a plus. Candidate must demonstrate a propensity to lean into data to make data-driven decisions that improve national flagship learning programs, impacted through colleague experience and program execution. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to think and act strategically with a focus on taking initiative, being creative, thriving on change, working under minimal supervision, demonstrating resilience, leading through ambiguity, and managing complex projects. Candidate must demonstrate awareness of how to influence based on personality of the leader by having a proven track record of developing strong relationships with key decision makers.Required Qualifications5+ years' experience working in a training delivery capacity with a proven track record of leading a large, remote workforce in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel up to 50%COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Knowledge and experience with adult learning principles and their application in the classroom and in course development. Organizational, time management and problem-solving skills for multi- demand and multi- priority environment Preferred Education: a master's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development or any other related the education field, identify the degree required and the equivalent experience if applicable for the role.
