As a Senior Product Manager - Commercial Performance Network Products and Programs, you will own a portfolio of new and/or existing performance network products. Your contributions make sure our members have access to high quality affordable care whenever they need. The Senior Product Manager - Commercial Performance Network Products and Programs role is responsible for framing of annual operating plan and three year strategy aligning enterprise product development and strategy with key network priorities. You will work collaboratively with others on the team to provide valuable, ongoing market insight for market leadership and set product strategy that enables growth of the high performing network portfolio. Furthermore, you will build strong relationships with markets, corporate business partners and increase awareness of emerging customer needs. Additional responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager - Commercial Performance Network Products and Programs include:- Own and is accountable for Profit and Loss success for solution(s)- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the product and/or solution you are responsible for- Develop, prioritize and manage solution pipeline (idea to delivery and delivering results)- Build alignment with and in support of segment specific business strategies- Challenge the status quo always looking for better ways of meeting customer needs- Coordinate launch and support sales team win business- Monitor product performance on ongoing basis and deliver to targets- May manage, coach, and/or mentor staffRequired Qualifications- Minimum 6 years of Product Development and/or Product Management experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance and/or Employee Benefits arenaCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
