Construction Program Manager

Job DescriptionAs a Program Manager you are responsible for successfully managing your assigned Programs/Initiatives to a defined scope, schedule and budget. Program Managers collaborate directly with the Program Sponsor to define scope, develop project plans and create budgets. You will lead the coordination of day-to-day sponsor/stakeholder communications. Program Managers typically manage programs with a capital budget of $1M - $50M. Program Managers report to a Senior Manager, Construction Program this role your key growth opportunities will include: refining your skills in program management and stakeholder relationship management; following best practices in preparing project plans, budgets, and schedules; issue resolution and negotiation skills; exposure to project requirements across multiple business units, including Category Management, Store Layout, Financial and Scheduling partners, Architecture & Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Merchandising & Construction filed teams; managing and growing relationships with multiple internal business units and third-party vendors. Program Managers may have direct reports (CVS or contract employees) who need to be managed and developed for future growth. Managing these workers may include; Coaching & Counseling, Positive and/or Constructive Feedback, Mid-year and Year-end evaluations, Developing Talent, etc.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience/knowledge with Project Management processes and tools- 5+ years of experience/knowledge with design and construction best practices and processes- 4+ years of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint specifically) experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
