Senior Financial Analyst

Job DescriptionThis position will help support the Corporate Reinsurance group with monthly and quarterly processing and reporting requirements.Finance/Accounting position responsible for financial reporting and analysis. Responsibilities include: Month-end close duties including journal entries (accruals, premiums and claims paid), Account reconciliation and verifying accuracy of the general ledger; Assist areas of responsibilities for annual Reinsurance Supplementals; Monthly and quarterly variance analysis for fluctuations within accruals and reserves; Coordination with various other groups to facilitate proper reporting (STAT Supplementals, GAAP Footnotes, etc); Streamlining processes for ease of use and transparency; automation of entries / processes.
