Job DescriptionCVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Multichannel Asset Protection Manager to join our dynamic team. This Multichannel Asset Protection Manager will support both non-retail and retail pharmacies across 7 business lines (CVS Pharmacy, Omnicare, CVS Specialty Retail, Coram, Simple Dose, CVS Specialty Mail Order & CVS Mail Order) in a multistate span of control in the Southwestern US. The Multichannel Asset Protection Manager is accountable for: Assists with the development, implementation and directing the strategic and tactical components of the team's initiatives. Analyzing data from multiple reporting tools to determine critical priorities and opportunities for shrink reduction and diversion mitigation. Conduct internal / external theft investigations to identify and resolve theft / diversion incidents with an ethical and professional approach. Investigations liaison with Operations, Law Enforcement, and numerous corporate teams. Identifying, Analyzing and communication significant and material trends affecting span of control or business line results. Building strong cross functional business relationships with all levels of site, field, and corporate management to align, influence, and achieve team and business initiatives. Conducting asset protection, physical inventory, and inventory management training and awareness in both formal and informal settings. Executing audits which focus on shrink, safety, physical security, and diversion controls. Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Open to residents in AZ, UT, CO, OK, NM, TX, AR or LA.Salary RangeThe typical salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000.This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus plan or program. Benefit Overview: For more information on our benefit programs, please visit Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience in retail loss prevention asset protection management and/or equivalent field retail management. Minimum 2 years' experience with multiple store or equivalent responsibility. Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
