Job DescriptionThe Design Account Manager for Experience Design will lead the day-to-day project management for assigned programs over its entire duration. You will focus and contribute to management of multiple projects, scopes, schedules, deliverables, and complex communication in a cross-organizational team driven environment. You will have knowledge in the design process and experience to deliver projects for retail, brand activation, and events. You will lead the team from initial brief through completion, supporting strategic and administrative needs. Use best practice project management techniques to pave the way for the successful delivery of project objectives, on time and on budget. This includes proactive communications among project team members and with business partners, gathering input from team leads to recommend and facilitate efficient workflow, setting objectives for activities and meetings, and leading follow-through. Understand the strategic needs of the business and proactively work with the team to deliver on program and campaign objectives. To be successful, you should be able to demonstrate strategic and creative problem solving with a deep understanding of design process to assist the team in creating compelling concepts that are on brand and meet business objectives. Must have strong presentation skills and an incredible eye for detail. This role will assist and manage a range of branded applications within our retail stores, workplace design to events and activations. You will be a true team player focused on bringing our physical brand experiences come to life by using your knowledge of project objectives and management delivery to help make our team stronger.You will report to the Executive Director, Enabling Strategic Services.Responsibilities include:tPartner with Experience Design leaders to manage projects, and consistently deliver work that is creative, on strategy and on time. tDevelop work plans designed to meet project objectives across multiple project types: take initial brief and clarify the business need and opportunity, including scope, budget, implementation requirements and any other parameters that define success.tProvide effective communication over the entire course of a project, driving clarity and structure to business owners on complex projects and deliverables.tProvides tactical support for project intake, the scope of work, track, and monitor schedules on the management program Workfront to ensure resource demands can be met, shifting priorities where needed.tProvide the day-to-day oversight of these projects to ensure the project team fully understands and meets project scope and deliverables.tDevelop and maintain trusted partnerships with peers, internal business teams and external agencies.tCollaborates with cross-functional teams and implementation vendors to ensure successful execution of store experience, health care delivery centers, event & activations. tAnticipate needs, handle day to day escalations, and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure issues and requests are sufficiently resolved. tReviews and recommends continuous improvement ideas for process and how we work with our business partners.Required Qualificationst6+ years of working as a design account management experience at a design firm, agency and/or corporate environment with focus on project or program management for rollout or high velocity projects tExperience with strategic and creative problem solving and deep understanding of design to assist in the delivery of compelling ideas that are on brand and meet business objectives, including presenting to senior level clients and collaborating to problem solve with analytical and creative teamstExperience developing and using project activity plans, project communication plans, issues resolution, status reports, agendas, and action items.tExperience working with vendors, agency partners and clients.tTechnical skills include MS Office and Workfront.
