Job DescriptionCVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Program Manager. You will be accountable for supporting the Talent Acquisition team by leading and assisting with hiring initiatives. You will manage multiple enterprise-wide, complex projects in alignment with department and business needs. The role requires strong collaboration across HR, business leaders, external vendors, external consultants, colleagues, and/or matrixed staff. This role supports the business by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business staffing goals. You will report to a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager.Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for leading/managing all aspects of projects including but not limited to planning, strategy development, coordination, progress tracking and reporting, and presenting to key stakeholders Supports holistic solutions and/or key strategic plans Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement within assigned initiatives Participates and supports metrics integration and execution for optimal results Communicates compelling and concise metrics to empower client groups in decision making process regarding project opportunities Develops and delivers all required analysis, reporting and presentation materials Gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes business intelligence to drive achievement of strategic business objectives Proactively leads project and/or business by setting direction of project, creating project plan, timeline identifying key milestones and additional resources needed on selected project(s) Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing policies, process workflows based on broad view of the organization Identifies issues that may stall project and addresses them by either resolving the issue or creating an alternative solution Tracks progress and communicates project(s) status on a regular basis to all impacted parties Proven communication skills both written and verbal Partners with business and TA to develop marketing strategy, advertising budget, and return on investment.Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience recruiting or managing recruitment efforts for a large organization 3+ years of demonstrated project management experience, reporting experience, and TA technology expertise Proven track record in meeting project milestones Extensive experience with reporting and presentations, specifically with Excel and PowerPointCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
