Job DescriptionThe Pharmacy Specialty I schedules patient's deliveries and address all patient needs in one phone call resolution.ï‚ Schedules patient's deliveries and addresses all patient needs in one phone call with positive and caring attitudeï‚ Ensures proper follow-ups are initiated so patient's therapy is not disruptedï‚ Ensures individualized goals are met ï‚ Ensures the highest quality of care is provided and is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and established departmental policies and procedures ï‚ Arranges for funding programs if necessaryï‚ Ensures the highest quality of care is provided and is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and established departmental policies and proceduresï‚ Serve as subject matter experts as neededï‚ Ensures individualized goals are metï‚ Displays professional behavior, which aligns with company's overall code of conduct and ethicsï‚ Other duties as assigned by leadershipRequired Qualificationsï‚ 6+ months of experience in customer service, customer care or related field ï‚ 6+ months working in either Microsoft Excel, Outlook, or WordCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
