Job DescriptionAs a Business Audit Support - Sr. Analyst, this role will support Medicare Enrollment Operations through the creation, review, and analyzation of focused process audits, providing support to the business with any/all CMS audit tasks support Post Training Validation (PTV) and monitoring of the Corrective Action Plans (CAP) of impacted daily process tasks. This position will interact with internal partners across various levels in the organization to assist in developing solutions, solving problems, or implementing process controls that ensure member accuracy in processing. This role will take the lead and/or own projects which may include areas such as: Internal Audit, CMS Audit, and client-requested audits. The Sr Analyst will monitor and manage the workflow of the Audits being performed and ensure completion. The Sr Analyst is expected to complete required training courses, process technical training, and utilize resources available to exceed expectations. This position will also lead and mentor the team's Audit Sr Analysts. The Sr Analyst will also need to have the flexibility to be able to work different tasks/processes outside of the Audit Support team, helping other teams with their tasks if needed.Required Qualifications1 to 3 years previous experience in auditingExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to effectively communicate issues, findings, and recommendations both verbally and in writing to all levels of managementLeadership skillsSolid experience with MS Office 2013 Applications including MS Visio, MS Access and SharePointCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
