Job DescriptionThe Middle Market Sales Executive for Aetna is responsible for selling to groups of 100-5,000 employees. This person will be responsible for selling employer-sponsored group health, dental, vision, and voluntary plans. They will develop and cultivate strong relationships with organizations and brokers to maximize sales opportunities and achieve profitable growth.This person will identify various ways to partner with the client by drawing from the entire spectrum of the product line, demonstrating a keen understanding of the client's multifaceted needs and benefits of Aetna's full product array (e.g., fully vs. self-insured, a combination of products and/or covers a range of industries).Coordinates sales materials, testimonials, and subject matter expert involvement in support of the successful delivery of prospect municates expertise on product solutions, industry trends, and emerging marketplace needs.Required Qualifications2 + years of group health insurance experience or group school experienceLife and health insurance license required or secured within 90 days of hireMust live in the Chicagoland area and travel locallyCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
