The Training Delivery Specialist will be responsible for the delivery, quality, and continuous improvement of the Instructor Led components of the Learning Curriculum and skills-based coaching. As a connector between the learner, the business, and the curriculum design team, the Training Delivery Specialist is a critical role to developing talent. This person is a critical team member within the CVS Health Enterprise, Learning, Development and Performance Center of Excellence (ELD&P) within the Human Resources department and reports to the Associate Manager of Learning, Development and Performance. The ideal candidate has a relentless passion for delivering a best in class learning experience for a variety of different roles within the PBM. They are a team player and willing to partner across boundaries to support cross-functional initiatives. This individual will be a trusted leader to their stakeholders within the business and must be able to quickly adapt to the business needs with minimal impact to quality. They come prepared to this role with basic business acumen and ability to maneuver and scale to a changing environment. They can easily follow dynamic facilitation tools designed by the Learning Program and Design team, while "reading the virtual classroom" to emphasize areas of comprehension opportunity. This person actively seeks out innovative learning delivery solutions that will solve for an engaging, measurable, and effective learning experience for remote and in-person CVS Health colleagues. The Training Delivery Specialist: Delivers synchronous (event-based) learning sessions based on defined programming strategies and outlined within each solution's design methodology Delivers various development activities (i.e., coaching) to drive the continuation performance improvement of targeted populations; conduct on-the-job performance coaching for prioritized populations Manages administrative tasks including but not limited to managing learning environments, scheduling classes, sending calendar invites to class rosters and printing resources needed for class delivery Tracks, measures and reports on learner's performance progress to ensure achievement of behavioral outcomes aligned with business needs Builds stakeholder relationships with relative business partners, HR partners, and ELD&P workforce/program owners by informing on program execution and performance progress at the individual and accountable population levels Participates in Train-the-Trainer sessions and independently prepare to deliver new solutions based on programming strategies and solution's design expectations Manages and/or participates in selected projects and organizational initiatives Collaborates with Workforce/Program Manages to evolve programming strategies that improve performance outcomes that are closes aligned to short-term business needs PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities % Time Facilitate engagement in synchronous, event-based learning environments"¯"¯"¯ 60% Provide ongoing communication to business partners regarding all aspects of training including but not limited to advance notification of class, participant performance, attendance and classroom issues 25% Collaborates with Design, Documentation and business partners to facilitate process improvement feedback 10% Participates in train-the-trainer sessions 5%Required QualificationsMinimum 6 months experience delivering training to adult learners Minimum 6 months in adult learning strategy to virtual facilitationCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
