Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Marketing Technology Data Collection Team is dedicated to capturing data from interactions with CVS Health and making that data available throughout the organization to update customer profiles, inform optimization opportunities, and activate responsive touchpoints for the customer. Leveraging cutting edge technology and analytics, as a Data Collection Lead you will be on the forefront of maintaining our most precious asset (the data) through leading the continued development of our event tracking process, advising on strategy related to implementation based on analytics/reporting goals, assisting and supporting developers in the implementation/instrumentation process through technical writing/meetings/chat/documentation, training yourself and other developers on leading tools for measuring customer interactions. - The MarTech Data team plays an integral part in establishing an enterprise data strategy that will enable all other teams to leverage marketing data as part of their work: informing marketing analytics and performance analytics functions, driving ongoing customer journey analytics and optimization, and leveraged in models to drive improved ability to meet members' needs.- This role will be a leadership role to manage team members and various data initiatives through the teamResponsibilities- Manage team developing technical and tagging specifications and working within tag management tools to support launching digital experiences for CVS Health- Support ability the ability to report on Product OKRs or KPIs/Data Science objectives by proper instrumentation of tools- Leverage a tag management system to ensure interaction data is tracked by our web analytics and cx measurement tools, as well as deployment of technology to optimize all aspects of a customer's experience (including marketing, merchandising, and optimization tools)- Supporting developers and engineers in a hands-on capacity during the implementation process by developing and maintaining the tracking plan/BRD- Deploying QA tools or custom tools as necessary to aid in data validation/presentation- Guiding Product Teams in the development of tracking requirement documents and translating those documents into technical specifications for implementation - Trouble shooting issues as they arise within scrum teams doing the implementation work- When possible supporting backend Data Engineering projects and goals where data quality, availability, validity, and governance are concerned- Guiding and supporting POCs with new tools aimed at ensuring the validity, governance, and secure control over our clickstream data. - Manages personal resources efficiently to complete assigned projects accurately and on time- Willing to learn new techniques, tools and approaches and in turn train others on these skills- Participates in the development of project plans and timelines.- Responsible for commitments to quality and on-time deliverables.- Motivated and is willing to understand and probe into technical details and data irregularities.This role can be located anywhere in the USRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience with web analytics tools and tag management platforms (e.g. Adobe Launch, Tealium, Adobe WebSDK, Ensighten, Google Tag Manager, etc.)- Extensive experience implementing and configuring a mobile/web event tracking solution such as Adobe Analytics is a must- Relevant technical experience with an emphasis on writing technical documentation for web analytics, marketing analytics, and cx analytics tool is a is a must- Management of team members, resources, and helping to prioritize the backlogCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
