Job DescriptionReports into the AVP of growth and will be responsible for leading our Account Management team and build the growth strategy. Will assess organizational alignment for our jumbo clients and assure profitable renewal and high service levels. Will be a key leader on the growth team by aligning to sales staff and prospecting efforts. Will be held accountable to retention targets, revenue growth, and cross sell. Will participate as an executive leader with other key executives within Mental Well-Being (MWB) and our departments. Will actively participate in client meetings. Mentor the AM team as part of their talent development. Will copartner with AVP of Growth on the 3-5 year growth strategy, including new distribution channels, compensation, promotion, marketing, and consultant/broker relationships. Role expectations include the commencement of a Mental Well-Being client forum and council. The person selected for this role will work across all shared services partners as well as across other departments within Mental Well-Being including product, operations, and Behavioral Health destination. This role has tremendous growth and mobility potential. Mental W-Being is in tremendous growth mode, in a competitive environment, covering 3 of the Fortune 5 companies and 4 of the Fortune 10. Seeking innovation, creativity, leadership, strategic thinking, focus, talent development experience, and executive presence with strong presentation skills.Required QualificationsState Life and Health License, direct sales experience, 10+ years of experience. Client relationship experience. Management of large teams. Strategy development and execution. Consultant and broker relationships and relationship building.
