Job DescriptionDo you want to make a large impact in your next role? The Portfolio Growth Strategy team within the rapidly expanding CVS Health Care Management organization is seeking a proactive strategist with strong communication and relationship skills to lead the consultant strategy across our portfolio of products. Benefits consultants and coalitions are key partners in the way we do business as they evaluate, monitor, compare and derive insights from the products we deliver to our mutual clients. The Senior Manager will have a strong background in this ecosystem, either as a benefits consultant or sales partner to consulted clients, demonstrating the ability to understand, learn and develop a menu of assets and capabilities to support consultant engagements, evaluations and insights. To be successful, you will utilize your experience with contract negotiations and awareness of various engagement models. Your emphasis on understanding client, consultant and coalition needs and translating to requirements that improve our products, and develop subsequent supporting assets will be a key activity in this role. This is a fully remote/work from home opportunity that can be located anywhere in the U.S.Required Qualifications- 7+ years of relevant experience (graduate level education may substitute), including some combination of:- Benefits consulting experience- Client-facing healthcare product experience or sales with contracting/negotiating experience- Experience creating and managing consulting projects such as competitor analyses, product and client performance evaluation, and data insights- Travel up to 25% (1-2x/month)COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
