Job DescriptionThis position is for a Strategic HR advisor for Medicare Business leaders who will align talent management practices and organization effectiveness strategies in support of business goals. Primary responsibilites include:1) Drive organization and talent review, planning and actions that build business capability.2) Consult on talent strategies that build bench strength including selection, onboarding, engagement, development, mobility, performance assessment, pay/rewards/recognition.3) Leverage HR best practices,, provide insight on enterprise talent strategy, partner with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services.4) Provide targeted leadership coaching and guidance that aligns behaviors with leadership expectations.5) Builds a change capable organization.6) Manages multiple priorities, identifies and addresses implications of organizational change.7) Delivers broad scale HR consulting to leaders.Required Qualifications>7 to 10 years of strategic HR consulting experience>demonstrated experience in coaching and influencing leaders>demonstrated ability to leverage HR experience to drive business success>experience with talent management strategies>experience with rapid and continuous changeCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
