Job DescriptionCVS Finance is embarking on a transformation journey, leading with the design and execution of a new Finance Capability Transformation Model. This effort will be part of an overarching CVS Enterprise Transformation Model. The Sr Manager Reporting/Insights Optimization- Finance Transformation is critical to the successful design and execution of an efficient and effective service delivery model for CVS Finance, driving how we deliver Finance Service Delivery to our internal partners. The Sr Manager Reporting/Insights Optimization- Finance Transformation will enable the Finance Transformation Office to lead initiatives that deliver process standardization and organization optimization, drive core infrastructure modernization and provide capability lift for the Enterprise and Business Planning & Performance Management organizations . This individual will have some autonomy in key projects, while receiving strategic guidance from and providing significant input to the Ld Director and Executive Director of the Finance Transformation Office. The ideal candidate is required to embrace an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, relentlessly seeking best practices and technologies from within the CVS Health community and across the external environment and industry, as well as, have a wide-spread knowledge of the Finance process taxonomy including FP&A, General Accounting, and Corporate Finance areas.Required Qualifications-8+ years of Business, Consulting, Strategy and/or Corporate Development experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills Interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization Develops strong relationships and ability to influence at executive level; experience leading complex, global process and people transitions. Highly skilled and practiced in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint Knowledge of: Experience in recognized project management methodologies is a plusSkill In: Six Sigma methodologies and/or PMP certificationEducationBachelors required.
