Job DescriptionThe Resource Planner is responsible for understanding resource capacity for the creative and production teams and assigning projects appropriately as they are submitted. This role will serve as a liaison between Project Managers and Creative Leads, with the ability to evaluate incoming multi-channel campaigns and determine the best team available. Attention to detail is needed when recording resource assignments since this acts as communication to the team and the project start. This role is responsible for ensuring the team assigned has both the skill set and availability to complete the need.Resource planning is a growing need within the Creative Operations team as we increase lines of business and skill set. As a member of this team, we'll work to drive operational efficiency and excellence by building and monitoring metrics that can further support the decisions made around staffing levels. They should be inspired by the opportunity to work in a Fortune-10 company that aspires to be the most innovative health care company in America.Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Enforce adherence to campaign intake process and documentation standards to ensure projects are tracked and resourced on-time and in compliance with standards Work closely with Marketing Strategy and Project Management to process incoming campaigns and act as the gatekeeper to the Creative team; deeming projects ready to move forward Partner with Creative Leads to align project assignment recommendations Communicate Resourcing needs to project leads to ensure resource demands can be met, shifting priorities where needed Well versed in the needs of multi-channel projects such as digital, print, video, email, store experience and social media projects Responsible for timely and accurate updating of resource assignments within project tracking system Effectively provide support to the Sr. Manager Resource planning and Creative OperationsThis position can be performed remotely anywhere in the USRequired Qualifications 5+ years of project and/or portfolio management experience 2+ years of experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations - understands marketing workflow and skillsetsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
