Job DescriptionIn this role you will support Integrated B2B Brand strategy and planning for Aetna's Commercial & Specialty Business. You will work with a lead Marketing Director, the marketing leadership team and sales enablement business partners to develop and execute marketing plans that support business goals. You will have an opportunity to lead the execution of the B2B brand and messaging assets that will deliver on the refreshed, integrated North Star for our Commercial & Specialty Organization. An exciting part of this role is to ensure the Aetna and CVS Health story is clearly articulated to Aetna producers and employers while attracting prospects to offer Aetna health benefits to their employees. As experienced strategic planner you will work with colleagues across marketing and lines of business develop messaging strategy, creative and content strategies.Required Qualifications 5+ years experience developing integrated marketing plans 3+ years experience in brand strategy, management, planning or relevant role 1+ years Experience in b2b marketing & communicationsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
