Manager, Project Management

Job DescriptionManage the stakeholders, work and deliverables of multiple, complex projects or programs within the Artificial Intelligence space within Utilization Management Transformation, through to implementation, that impact multiple processes, systems, functions and products. Length of project may run multiple years in duration.Required Qualifications- Proven project management skills in Agile (SAFE) environment- Experience includes development and management of multiple budgetsrelated to various projects and or program- Proven track record with meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources- Strong analytical, collaboration & negotiation skills- Use appropriate tools to track, record, and manage project iterations and releases - Process flow modeling and requirements/business analysis - Strong verbal and written communication skills- Experience with business/program management and vendor management- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical- Proven ability to satisfy customer's needs and develop alternatives to resolve issues.- Product management - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
