Job DescriptionThis role can sit anywhere in the USThe Sales Enablement Leader is a leader on the marketing and communications team with a focus on building and maintaining a sales toolkit consisting of strategic go-to-market messages, artifacts, and collateral. This position supports new business and revenue growth by partnering closely with the sales team on prospecting and strategic deal support and has management responsibilities for the proposal team. This position will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to coordinate sales content needs and customization and support continuous improvement of the sales toolkit and enablement process. You will also focus on developing current client retention strategies including communication programs and client renewal support.The position requires an individual who can communicate very effectively verbally and in writing with all audiences, resolve problems, prioritize, multi-task, and build and maintain strong relationships with our sales organization and subject matter experts throughout the company. The successful candidate will have the ability to be creative, apply personal initiative and must be well-organized and able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Position SummaryYou will support Direct and Channel Partner Sales Activities to place bswift in a competitive marketplace, engage essential audiences, and guide long-term revenue growth. You will report to the Lead Director, Marketing and Communications.You are a leader who can research and understand the competitive landscape to recommend and execute differentiated go-to-market strategies. You can distill important selling points in a concise manner across multiple platforms and can engage with various audiences, including prospective and existing clients, influencers such as third-party consultants, and team members.We are looking for a master storyteller with a dynamic personality who is comfortable partnering with marketing strategists, designers, experts, and other creative team members to create brand experiences that engage and motivate clients to action. You must have the expertise and influence to work across the organization to implement strategies that are is impactful, relevant, and measurable. The deliverables are high-value content, and sales enablement tools including core sales decks, artifacts and differentiated collateral, competitive intelligence briefings, and strategy recommendations to business stakeholders. You will directly help develop sales enablement materials including: Custom content and collateral to support B2B sales campaigns Sales enablement tools Demand-generation campaign materials Communication campaign materialsRequired Qualifications Benefits Administration industry experience 5+ years of sales enablement or marketing experience 1-2 years sales management experience Experience in B2B communications or journalism, marketing, or corporate communications Experience developing content in healthcare, financial, technical, or other complex industry is required Minimal travel may be required for sales and team meetingsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
