Job DescriptionCVS Health's Finance organization is embarking on a journey to enhance processes, systems and business partnering. The goals of the initiative is to create a more efficient, cost-effective, nimble and impactful Finance organization. This position will be a key member to the execution team responsible for CVS Health's progressive Finance transformation.This position requires a creative and strategic approach, with technical skills in Finance/Accounting to be applied to our SAP S/4 application. A candidate should possess excellent project management, critical thinking, and agile skills to deliver successful results.This role will work cross-functionally to establish and maintain relationships with leaders and subject matter experts in the finance business segments with the intent to strategize and devise solutions to achieve higher accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency as we continue to harmonize our financial processes. The role will also serve has a key representative for Finance across various enterprise initiatives, as well as help to develop future strategies around to the Enterprise SAP S/4 HANA platform and capabilities.Please note that this role does not currently have direct reports.Key Responsibilities:- Represent Finance and SAP S/4 COE team as a SME in various enterprise and finance projects/initiatives - Manage key relationships between Finance and IT to ensure required execution. The ability to successfully work with these teams is critical for alignment and the execution of our deliverables.- Make recommendations for Finance transformation roadmap and scope based off business needs and identified utilization gaps within SAP. - Assess additional or new system capabilities created to be leveraged for consistency across the Enterprise- Effectively partner with a team from IT dedicated to the program.Required Qualifications- 2+ years of experience with SAP- 4+ years of experience in Finance or AccountingCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
